For simple alterations, we offer an express service (48-72 hours) for an additional fee. For wedding attire or other formal wear, we recommend allowing at least 2-4 weeks for alterations, especially during peak wedding season.
While walk-ins are welcome for simple alterations and repairs, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment for custom tailoring work, formal wear alterations, and more complex projects. We accept cash, EFTPOS, all major credit cards, and bank transfers for larger orders. A 50% deposit is required to begin work on custom tailoring projects, with the balance due upon completion. For standard alterations and repairs, payment is due in full upon pickup.
Yes, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not completely satisfied with any alteration or repair, please bring the garment back within 14 days of pickup, and we'll make adjustments at no additional cost. Our custom tailoring includes up to two rounds of minor adjustments within 30 days of completion.
